Chloe Hussey – Solicitor
Chloe has developed a strong foundation in dispute resolution through her traineeship and post-qualification experience. Chloe’s traineeship at another firm gave her exposure to complex disputes as well as commercial property, technology, and banking work. Since qualifying in 2024 and joining Mitchells Roberton as a litigation solicitor, Chloe has built on that experience and regularly appears in the Sheriff Court and Housing and Property Tribunal and has experience conducting proofs, hearings, and case management discussions . She is responsible for managing her own busy caseload which includes debt recovery, contract disputes, property damage, and land disputes.
In her spare time Chloe enjoys travelling (usually to attend a concert) going to the Theatre and volunteering with Girlguiding.
