RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING QUALIFIED SOLICITOR
We have an opportunity in our Residential Conveyancing Department for an experienced qualified solicitor dealing with a mix of residential conveyancing transactions.
The successful candidate will have an ability to communicate well with clients and colleagues, will have good organisational skills, the ability confidently to manage their own case load and have good IT skills. They will also hold a full and unrestricted practising certificate from the Law Society of Scotland. Ideally the candidate will have 4+ years PQE – this role is not suitable to newly qualified solicitors.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY QUALIFIED SOLICITOR
Our busy and ambitious commercial property department is expanding to meet client demand and market opportunities. We are therefore looking to grow the team by recruiting (ideally) a full-time NQ- 2 years’ PQE assistant and a full-time 2-4 years PQE assistant, although the successful candidate(s) will be the “best fit”, so other levels of experience will happily be considered. Our clients include landlords, tenants, lenders, buyers, sellers, investors, developers and property compensation agents. The work would involve commercial sales, purchases, leases, lease management, investment, development, funding, bulk servitudes and other work as the business requires. We are looking for enthusiastic and interested individuals who will not only help deliver these services, but who will also proactively look for opportunities to build on and improve our services and help us develop both the department and the firm.
