Mitchells Roberton, the Scottish member firm of Commercial Law Group, proudly hosted the Commercial Law Group Conference in Glasgow from 21 to 23 October. The Commercial Law Group has members in most European countries, as well as in Asia, various states in USA, Mexico and South Africa, and provides seamless co-operation in cross border transactions and litigation. The Conference was well attended and started with a reception in the firm’s recently refurbished office in Glasgow and opening dinner; the business meeting was held on 22nd October and included a talk on International Arbitration given by Brandon Malone of the Scottish Arbitration Centre. The closing dinner was held at the Royal Faculty of Procurators building in Glasgow.
