Frances is an experienced property lawyer specialising in buying and selling residential property
After graduating from Strathclyde University, Frances completed her training at Archibald Sharp in the West End of Glasgow then worked for many years on property transactions in the private client department of Maclay Murray & Spens LLP Glasgow.
She advises on all aspects of buying and selling of residential property and guides clients through the process with clear advice.
Frances delivers a high quality service by understanding clients’ concerns and goals, building strong client relationships along the way.
Frances has a wide knowledge of the technicalities of Scottish land law; she has served as a tutor in Conveyancing at Glasgow University, assisting law graduates in completing the course for the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice.
