Jocelyn Gilda – Associate

Jocelyn graduated from the University of Strathclyde with an Honours degree in law in 2004 and thereafter completed the Diploma in Legal Practice at the Graduate School of Law and trained at Hughes Dowdall Solicitors. Jocelyn has specialised in Private Client services since 2009 and joined Mitchells Roberton as an Associate in September 2023 from Harper Macleod LLP. She is also a Notary Public. Jocelyn advises on all aspects of private client work including the preparation of tax efficient Wills and estate planning, executry administration and financial and welfare Powers of Attorney and is adept at tailoring her advice to the individual needs of the client.

Jocelyn is married to another lawyer and has two little boys and a Labrador named Coco.
