Samantha Agnew – Trust and Executry Accounts Manager

Sam originally worked with MR having joined shortly after leaving school as a junior typist. She undertook the SOLAS course and then obtained her Wills, Trusts & Executries Paralegal Diploma from the University of Strathclyde in 1995. In 2003, she obtained the Advanced Paralegal Diploma in Will, Trusts & Executries.

Sam has a wealth of experience in the administration of Trusts and Executries and rejoined Mitchells Roberton in February 2023 as our Trust & Executries Accounts Manager.

She assists our Private Client Team with queries relating to their caseload as well as maintaining our busy Trust accounts diary. She also provides training and guidance to the team on the best practice of account preparation.
